I use both granules that are activated by moisture and a microencapsulated material coated in polymer around the perimeter, 3 feet from foundation and 3 feet up the side of your home. I also remove spider webs and reachable wasp nests.

Every-other-month and Quarterly services consist of both granules that are activated by moisture and a microencapsulated material coated in polymer that holds up to weather far superior than cheaper alternatives. Much of my competition uses dust based materials, it’s gone after the first hard rain. I treat indoors as needed or requested with materials labeled for use in hospitals and restaurants, safe for children, pets and the elderly. My materials are the best available, period.

These prices are based on the average 3 bedroom 2 bath home.

Attic/Crawlspace Dusting

Dusting attics where large roaches enter homes just under the roofline is key when dealing with the larger roaches. From there they follow pipes looking for water and find their way to bathrooms and kitchens. In crawlspaces they can build a population.

The dust I apply has a 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE LABEL, not because it is highly toxic but because it dries out an insect’s exoskeleton. It is safe enough to be labeled for use on mattresses for bed bugs! The dust is applied with an electrostatic dustet, which means the dust floats and sticks where sprays can’t reach and where large roaches enter your home, especially just under the roof line! Did I mention IT LASTS 10 YEARS?!!!
